Terms of Service

1. Who can use Sanskriti

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, and able to enter into a binding contract. Keep your phone number and device secure: you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. The service

Sanskriti gives astrological guidance through an AI astrologer, a computer program, not a person. Charts are calculated with standard Vedic methods; the interpretations are generated by AI, are possibilities and not certainties, and may contain mistakes. Astrology is not a substitute for professional advice: for medical, legal, financial or mental health decisions, consult a qualified professional, and never stop a treatment because of a reading. If you are in distress, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24x7), or 112 in an emergency.

Sanskriti will not predict death, lifespan, serious illness or a baby's sex, and does not offer black magic, vashikaran, betting or share tips.

3. Trial, subscription and UPI AutoPay

• Sanskriti is a paid service. New customers start with a low-cost paid trial (for example ₹5 for 1 day), shown with its price and length before you pay. One trial per phone number.
• With UPI AutoPay you approve, in your UPI app, the plan price, how often it is charged, the first debit date and the maximum number of debits. The first plan debit can be before the trial ends, so Premium carries on without a break; the app shows the date before you approve, and we and your bank notify you before each debit.
• To cancel AutoPay, cancel the mandate in your UPI app (AutoPay / Mandates), or for a card with your bank, before the next debit. Our support team can also cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future debits; access already paid for stays until it ends.
• Prepaid plans (bought without AutoPay) end on their displayed date and are never renewed automatically.
• Plans include fair-use daily limits on messages and free call minutes, shown in Settings → Subscription, to keep the service reliable for everyone.

4. Talk time

• Talk-time packs are extra call minutes, bought with a one-time payment and used after your plan's free daily minutes.
• Talk time does not expire, is not transferable and has no cash value. Minutes you bought can be used even after your plan ends.
• A call ends when your minutes run out; you'll be warned shortly before.

5. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we send your daily card and updates about your trial, renewals, payments and refunds, and occasionally news and offers. You can turn them off in Settings or in your phone's settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Sanskriti for anything illegal, harmful, harassing or defamatory, or that infringes others' rights;
• add other people's birth details without their permission;
• try to access other accounts, overload, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or get around usage limits;
• try to make the assistant break its rules or reveal its instructions;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing product; or
• create multiple accounts to get more trials.

7. Your content

You own what you write and say. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your chats to advertise to you.

8. Our rights

Sanskriti, its design, software and branding belong to AmplifyX Labs. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on astrological readings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived by law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Sanskriti and delete your account any time, in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the web. An active UPI AutoPay mandate is cancelled before deletion completes; if the payment provider can't confirm the cancellation, deletion waits. Unused premium days and talk time are not refunded when you delete your account, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using Sanskriti after they take effect, you accept the new terms.
